PAYMENT & DELIVERY
Right now we deliver in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway, but our hope is that we will be able to deliver to more countries in the near future. Please contact us at contact@henmark.com if you would like delivery to another country and we will try to find a solution for you.
PAYMENTFor our payments we use cards (VISA, MasterCard and American Express) as well as Klarna (Sweden).
SHIPPING
The price for shipping is shown by entering your address at checkout. The shipping price per country is also shown below. In Sweden we use DB Schenker as forwarder and for deliveries to Denmark, Finland and Norway UPS is used as forwarder.
Shipping Sweden
We offer free shipping on all orders over SEK 500. The price of shipping for orders under SEK 500 is SEK 45.
Shipping to Denmark, Finland and Norway
Price for shipping is SEK 99.
TAXES AND FEES
The price includes Swedish VAT of 25%. No other taxes or charges are added to the price in Sweden, Denmark, Finland or Norway. For Norway, Henmark is connected to VOEC, which means that no duty is added to the price either.
DELIVERY TIMES
The webshop is open 24 hours a day, but deliveries are made Monday to Friday, with the exception of Swedish national holidays. If you order before 12.00 the product is sent the same day. Orders after 12.00 will be sent next weekday. Delivery time to the agent is normally 1-4 working days. Unfortunately, Henmark cannot guarantee delivery earlier than four working days.
Upon delivery, you will receive a message with information on how to collect your package. Don't forget your ID card. Your package will be held at the pickup location for 2 weeks. Shipments that are not picked up within the specified time are returned to Henmark. Extra costs arise when shipments are not picked up on time, which means that you have to pay an extra handling fee to us for packages that are not picked up. The handling fee is SEK 145. To avoid this extra cost, you should always pick up the package, even if you have already decided to exercise your right of withdrawal. Pick up your package and send it back using the attached return slip.
If you cannot collect your package, someone else can collect it for you. Keep in mind that that person must show both your ID card and their own.
GIFT CARD
You can use your gift card from Henmark as a means of payment in our webshop. You can either pay the full amount with the gift card or use it as partial payment for your purchase. Gift cards are sold in our online store and delivered digitally via email. The gift cards are valid for three years from the time of purchase. The end date is stated in the email. After the validity period has expired, the gift card cannot be used as a means of payment for purchases, nor can it be reactivated or refunded. The value of gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Purchases of gift cards cannot be returned. If you return an item/items paid for with a gift card from Henmark, reimbursement will primarily be made to your existing gift card. Be careful about the gift card, it is a valuable document. Henmark cannot be held responsible or liable for compensation for lost or stolen gift cards.
SOLD OUT PRODUCTS
If an item turns out to be out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel the product. The item will be refunded via the chosen payment solution and the available items will be shipped as usual.
TRACKING OF YOUR DELIVERY
You will find your order number in the order confirmation email and receive a link to your order with tracking number directly from the shipping company.
