RETURNS & EXCHANGES
The product must be in its original condition, i.e. not used, washed or otherwise altered and with all tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not pass our quality control.
It is advisable to use the same packaging in which the product was delivered as well as our attached return shipping slip, as we can then easily follow your package to our warehouse. Should your package be unfortunately lost or damaged during delivery to our warehouse, you will still receive your refund.
Henmark is not responsible for packages sent with a different waybill than the one attached by us. Should you choose another forwarder, you yourself are responsible for the package and its contents until it arrives at our warehouse. If you wish to send your return with another forwarder, we would be grateful if you let us know in advance at contact@henmark.com. Please attach information about which order number your return applies to and which products you are returning.
The attached return shipping slip is valid for 30 days from the time the package arrived at your delivery location. Should your delivery happen to be missing a return shipping label, please contact us at contact@henmark.com and we will send you a new one.
SHORT GUIDE FOR PRODUCT RETURNS
- Place unused item in its original packaging
- Fill in the return packing slip (on the back of the packing slip) and put it in the package
- Attach the return shipping label to the top of the package
- Return the package to an agent of the forwarder that delivered the shipment
- Always ask for a receipt with a tracking number, just in case something happens along the way
You leave the package where you picked it up, alternatively at another delivery point for the forwarder who delivered the package.

REFUND
You will receive your refund through the same payment method used at the time of purchase. It may take up to 14 days from the time you have returned your item to receive your refund. As soon as we have processed your return, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email.
If you have made your purchase via invoice via Klarna and are going to make a return, we recommend that you go to Klarna's portal and report your return. Once you have done this, your invoice will be paused for 21 days/until we have registered your return. When we have registered your return, Klarna is immediately notified and updates and sends out your new invoice via email.
OPEN BUY
You have 365 days of open purchase on all products from us at Henmark. Gift cards and processed products such as printed, embroidered or otherwise profiled clothing cannot be returned. Product that is returned must be unused and in original packaging with labels still on.
THE EXCHANGE
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest and easiest way is to send in your return by following the instructions above. Then you place a new order for the item you wish to exchange for. As soon as we have processed your return, you will receive your refund for the returned item via the same payment method you used for the purchase.
If you just want to change the size or color, the easiest way is to contact us at contact@henmark.com. Just write your order number and what size or color you wish to change to. You can then return your item and we will send a new item in the size or color you changed to as soon as we receive your returned item. In the case of an exchange within Sweden, we do not charge any return costs.
