We design and manufacture all our garments with the idea that they will become a permanent part of your wardrobe for life. This is not only good for you, but also for the environment - by wearing your garment as long as possible, you reduce the need to buy new clothes and thus reduce your carbon footprint.
And for your peace of mind, we offer a three-year warranty, which means that should any part break prematurely, we will replace or repair it. However, should the accident happen and you have accidentally torn a garment, we will help you repair the garment at a reasonable cost.
Should you still receive a defective item despite our efforts, you have the statutory right to invoke your right of complaint for 3 years from the date of purchase noted on your receipt. During this time, we remedy all errors that fall under the statutory right of complaint. This means that it covers any original manufacturing defects, but does not include damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, damage caused by external influences or the natural degradation of colors and materials that occurs over time when you use the products.
In the event of a complaint, we ask you to take a picture of the product, which clearly shows the defect, and send the picture together with a description of the error to contact@henmark.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible for further instructions on the matter. In the event of a complaint, an investigation is made of the product and if we approve your complaint, we will send you a new return slip by e-mail, which you should use when you send back the defective garment. Do not use the return slip that came in your original package, as returns and complaints are handled separately. In the event of a dispute, Henmark Apparel AB will follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations. In the event that our investigation results in a garment not being accepted as a complaint, we will of course help you with repairs to your Henmark garments. We do it with high quality and at a reasonable cost so that you will benefit from them for a long time to come. Then contact us as below.
