You are always welcome to contact us by email or phone if you have any questions. Below we have tried to compile answers to the most common questions.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive a link to your order with a tracking number directly from the shipping company. You can also copy your tracking number and track directly on the forwarder's website. If you have an account with us, you can also find your tracking number under the My Account page.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
Right now we deliver in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway, but our hope is that we will be able to deliver to other countries in the near future. Please contact us at contact@henmark.com if you would like delivery to another country and we will try to find a solution for you

HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?
You can return your order within 30 days of the delivery arriving at the delivery location. In Sweden, we charge a fee of SEK 45 for the return shipping, which is deducted from the refund. Outside of Sweden, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping. Read more about how to return a product here .

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?
If you order before 12.00 the product is sent the same day. Orders after 12.00 will be sent next weekday. Delivery time to the agent is normally 1-4 working days. Unfortunately, Henmark cannot guarantee delivery earlier than four working days.

CAN I BUY GIFT CARDS FROM YOU?
You can buy gift cards in our webshop. If you have questions about any special requests, please contact us by phone or e-mail.

DO YOU HAVE FREE SHIPPING?
We offer free shipping for all deliveries within Sweden. To Denmark, Finland and Norway, the shipping cost is SEK 99.

I LEFT THE WRONG ADDRESS. CAN I CHANGE IT?
Contact us directly via e-mail or telephone and if we have time to change the address before the order leaves the warehouse, we will do so. In some cases it is not possible and then a change costs SEK 225, which is a cost the forwarder charges and which unfortunately we cannot influence. It is therefore very important that you carefully check that your information is correct when you place your order.

I HAD A MISTAKE IN MY ORDER. CAN I CHANGE AFTERWARDS?
Contact us directly via email or phone and if we have time to stop the order before it leaves the warehouse, we will. If we manage to stop the order before it is packed, we will cancel the order and refund the amount. You then have the option of placing a new order, but otherwise you need to place a new order and return the incorrect order.
