Competition conditions

Below you will find conditions for the competitions that are carried out by Henmark Apparel .

• Any winning tax is paid by the winner.
• Maximum of one win per contestant.
• Winners are selected by Henmark Apparel.
• Competition results will be announced to all participants after the competition has ended via email or social media.
• Employees at Henmark Apparel and their immediate family members cannot participate in the competitions.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, goods or other services. Travel, overnight stay or other form of additional cost that may accrue to the winner must be paid for by the winner themselves, unless otherwise stated in the competition text.
• Henmark Apparel is not responsible for the competition participant's ability to participate in the competition or if participation is limited for any reason beyond Henmark Apparel's reasonable control.
• By participating in the competition, you agree that Henmark Apparel registers your contact details and allows to Henmark Apparel may in the future contact you for marketing purposes.
• If Henmark Apparel has not, after reasonable efforts, been able to locate the winner through the contact details provided by the entrant, or if the winner does not meet the requirements to enter the competition, a new winner will be selected (if possible). The participant is responsible for the correctness of the information provided by the participant.
• Henmark Apparel is not responsible for any additional costs around the win (unless otherwise stated).
• The prize cannot be transferred or changed in terms of content or scope.
• The competitor's name, image or voice may be used for commercial purposes in advertising for Henmark Apparel . By participating in the competition, you consent to such use and participation and waive your right to compensation.
