Luxurious all-round garment knitted in soft merino wool. Well-measured thickness and yarn specification that make it warm and durable. Fits nicely for outdoor life, in front of the fire and even over the shirt. We almost dare to promise that you will get a new favorite. Year round.

  • Fine merino wool, 20.2 micron, which is soft against the skin. The fiber is so fine that for most people it would also work in an undergarment.
  • CLIMAYARN® (60% merino wool/40% polypropylene) combines the benefits of merino wool with the strength of the performance fiber Polycolon®.
  • 100% traceable merino wool. Scan the garment's QR code and you can follow the wool's journey, from farm to finished HENMARK® product.
  • The garment has a nice stretch thanks to its knitting.
  • YKK zipper with two-way function that can also be opened from below.
  • Two hand pockets and one chest pocket with YKK zippers.
  • Drawcord at waist for easy adjustment.
  • Well-sized sleeves with thumb grips that can be easily folded up.
  • Logo patch in vegan leather (apple peel/PU).
  • Withstands machine washing, 40C wool programme, but airing is usually sufficient.
  • The material conducts moisture outwards and warms well in colder weather.
  • Dries much faster than equivalent cotton products.
  • The Merino Sweater is designed to be worn often and to cope with your tougher activities.
NATIVA ® -certified mulesing-free merino wool
75% of all merino wool in the world comes from Australia, where approximately 10 million lambs are subjected to so-called mulesing every year, a painful procedure where the back of the lamb is scalped to protect against fly attacks. Henmark guarantees that the Merino Sweater contains 100% mulesing-free merino wool, certified by NATIVA®. The certification guarantees fully traceable and sustainable merino wool from farms that meet requirements for animal welfare, ethical working conditions and good management of the land.
Pockets and zippers
Two hand pockets and one chest pocket with YKK Vislon® zippers and where the sweater's zipper has a two-way function that means it can also be opened from below. YKK Semi-automatic lid puller for all pockets. With so we you avoid pullers that hang and toss when you move.

Weight of the sweater in size M: 595 g

100% CLIMAYARN® which consists of 60% fully traceable Nativa® merino wool
(20.5 micron) and 40% Polycolon® (Polypropylene).

all pockets.

  • Merino wool clothes look after themselves quite well and should not be washed very often. The merino wool makes them resistant to odors, stains and wrinkles in a natural way. Hanging the clothes out on the clothesline is often enough to get them fresh again.
  • When washing becomes necessary, use a wool program at a maximum of 30°C or 40°C (see washing advice) and detergent intended for wool.
  • If there is no wool programme, use cold water or washing programs with low spins.
  • After washing, gently stretch the garment when wet and then let it dry flat, preferably on a towel.
  • Remember to never hang a wet merino garment on a hanger, as it will lose its shape.
  • Do not use fabric softener/fabric softener, it is neither good for the clothes nor the environment. Fabric softener acts as a softener by causing small plastic particles to settle on the surface of the fabric, which can make the fibers in the garment weaker and have a shortened lifespan. The softening agents are also difficult to break down in nature.
  • However, please use environmentally certified detergents and be careful with the dosage.
  • Close zippers, Velcro and buttons before washing.
  • You must not tumble dry the garment.
  • Avoid ironing the garment, but if you have to, do it on a low heat.

Baba in blue and black sweater respectively is 182 cm and has size S. Daniel in black sweater is 187 cm and has size M. Casper wearing black sweater with metal zipper is 172 cm and has size XS.

The manufacture and sale of clothing takes place in several stages where, of course, the price increases at each stage. If we as a clothing brand sell larger batches of clothing to traditional retailers, who in turn are responsible for the sale to you as the end customer, then of course the price also increases here. We sell our clothes online in our webshop or via other digital marketplaces and always deliver directly to you without intermediaries.

By skipping the last store step, we can offer clothes of higher quality and lower climate footprint at a better price. The price at Henmark is often 30-50% lower than for the corresponding product sold in traditional stores.

Below you see two tables that show the estimate of the traditional store price as well as the calculation of the price when you buy directly from Henmark.

Estimated price in traditional store
Materials and manufacturing SEK 572
Shipping and charges SEK 17
Cost of finished product SEK 589
Price markup from Henmark to store* SEK 589
Estimated markup by store SEK 785
VAT SEK 491
Estimated price to you in traditional store SEK 2454
Price directly from Henmark
Materials and manufacturing SEK 572
Shipping and charges SEK 17
Cost of finished product SEK 589
Price markup from Henmark to you as a customer* SEK 771
Price excl. VAT SEK 1,360
VAT SEK 340
Price to you directly from Henmark SEK 1,700

*As can be seen, we have a higher price markup when we sell directly to you compared to if we were to sell larger batches of clothing to traditional stores which in turn are responsible for the sale to the end customer. This is because we take over responsibility and costs from the store for various functions required when selling to the end consumer, e.g. warehouse logistics, home delivery, exchanges, returns and staff for administration and customer support. The final price for you as a customer will still be significantly lower compared to prices in traditional stores.

You will find more information about how we set our prices and what you pay for on this page .
