New: W Merino Full Zip Sweater in 100% merino wool.
Our previously popular Merino Full Zip Sweater is now released in a new version made of 100% merino wool. The same lovely knit as in the previous version, but a bit warmer. Comfortable stretch thanks to the knit. Generous thickness and a yarn specification that makes it warm and durable.
A perfect all-round garment for outdoor activities, traveling, or just for lounging in.
- Fine merino wool, 19.5 microns, soft against the skin. The fiber is fine enough that for most people it would even work as a base layer.
- RWS-certified wool from Südwolle.
- The garment has comfortable stretch thanks to its knit.
- YKK two-way zipper that can also be opened from the bottom.
- Two hand pockets with YKK zippers.
- Drawstring at the waist for easy adjustment.
- Generously sized sleeves with thumbholes that can be easily folded up.
- Logo patch in vegan leather (apple peel/PU).
- Machine washable, 30C wool program, but often airing is sufficient.
- The material wicks moisture outwards and provides good warmth in colder weather.
- Dries much faster than equivalent cotton products.
- The Merino Sweater is designed to be worn often and to withstand your tougher activities.
Weight of the jersey in size M: 495 g
100% RWS-certified Merino wool (19.5 micron).
Zippers: YKK Vislon®. YKK semi-automatic pullers on
all pockets.
Logo badge: 60% apple peel, 40% polyurethane.
- Merino wool clothes look after themselves quite well and should not be washed very often. The merino wool makes them resistant to odors, stains and wrinkles in a natural way. Hanging the clothes out on the clothesline is often enough to get them fresh again.
- When washing becomes necessary, use a wool program at a maximum of 30°C or 40°C (see washing advice) and detergent intended for wool.
- If there is no wool programme, use cold water or washing programs with low spins.
- After washing, gently stretch the garment when wet and then let it dry flat, preferably on a towel.
- Remember to never hang a wet merino garment on a hanger, as it will lose its shape.
- Do not use fabric softener/fabric softener, it is neither good for the clothes nor the environment. Fabric softener acts as a softener by causing small plastic particles to settle on the surface of the fabric, which can make the fibers in the garment weaker and have a shortened lifespan. The softening agents are also difficult to break down in nature.
- However, please use environmentally certified detergents and be careful with the dosage.
- Close zippers, Velcro and buttons before washing.
- You must not tumble dry the garment.
- Avoid ironing the garment, but if you have to, do it on a low heat.
The size guide is based on the measurements and the fit that we want our garments to have. The sizes are structured according to the general European size system.
HENMARK tops are available in sizes XS-XL. To choose the right size, you can easily measure yourself and/or compare with your usual size. If you are hesitating between two sizes, we recommend that you choose the smaller size. See table and body sketch below.

The manufacturing and sale of clothes involves several stages, with the price increasing at each stage. If we, as a clothing brand, sell larger batches of clothes to traditional retailers, who in turn are responsible for sales to you as the end customer, the price also increases here. We sell our clothes online in our webshop or via other digital marketplaces and always deliver directly to you without intermediaries.
By skipping the final retail stage, we can offer clothes of higher quality and lower climate footprint at a better price. Often, the price at Henmark is 30-50% lower than for an equivalent product sold in traditional stores.
Below you will see two tables showing the estimated traditional retail price and the price calculation when you buy directly from Henmark.
Estimated price in a traditional store| Materials and manufacturing | SEK 607 |
| Shipping and fees | SEK 17 |
| Cost of finished product | SEK 624 |
| Price markup from Henmark to store* | SEK 624 |
| Estimated store markup | SEK 832 |
| VAT | SEK 520 |
| Estimated price to you in a traditional store | SEK 2600 |
| Materials and manufacturing | SEK 607 |
| Shipping and fees | SEK 17 |
| Cost of finished product | SEK 624 |
| Price markup from Henmark to you as a customer* | SEK 816 |
| Price excl. VAT | SEK 1440 |
| VAT | SEK 360 |
| Price to you directly from Henmark | SEK 1800 |
*As you can see, we have a higher price markup when we sell directly to you compared to if we were to sell larger batches of clothes to traditional stores, who in turn are responsible for sales to the end customer. This is because we take over responsibility and costs from the store for various functions required when selling to the end consumer, e.g., warehouse logistics, home delivery, exchanges, returns, and staff for administration and customer support. The final price to you as a customer is still significantly lower compared to prices in traditional stores.
